Eighth District Dental Foundation
The Eighth District Dental Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Through the Foundation, the Eighth District Dental Society:
- sponsors educational programs for dental professionals, for the purpose of improving the science and practice of dentistry
- educates the public about oral health care practices
- supports the training of dental auxiliaries
- strives to improve access to dental care for all residents of WNY
- trains and supports emergency response efforts by members of the dental profession
- provides assistance to Society members and their families who are suffering financial hardship due to death, disability or natural disaster
