The Eighth District Dental Society’s General Classifieds connects the Western New York dental community with practical, day-to-day needs: equipment for sale, office/operatory space, services, and practice-for-sale listings.

This service is provided at no cost to you by the Eighth District Dental Society.

Who Can Post?

Anyone with a relevant listing that serves the EDDS region: Niagara, Erie, Chautauqua, Allegany, Cattaraugus, Wyoming, Genesee, and Orleans counties.

How Posting Works

Submit your ad via the General Classified Ad form (text-only; no uploads).
EDDS reviews for clarity, relevance, and basic quality.
Your ad is published for 30 days (auto-unpublish may be set). You may request an extension.
Choose whether to show your contact publicly, or hide it and have EDDS route introductions.

Privacy & Introductions

Show contact: Interested parties contact you directly.
Hide contact: Your listing will display: “Contact EDDS about this listing — email admin@8ddsny.org and include the Listing Title/Number.” EDDS will introduce parties by email.

Best-Practice Tips for Effective Ads

Headline: Clear & scannable (e.g., “CBCT Unit for Sale – Tonawanda”).
Summary: 50-100 characters
Details: Include make/model/specs (equipment); term/rent/sq ft (space); salient practice details (sales).
County/City: Improves searchability and matchmaking.
Terms/Price: If known, state up front.

Edit, Removal & Renewals

To update, remove, or extend beyond 90 days, email admin@8ddsny.org with the Listing Title/Number.

EDDS may edit for clarity/length or decline listings that don’t fit community guidelines.
